The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa in Cape Town has just relaunched their Conservatory restaurant. With a fresh interior design, a modern summer menu and a talented young head chef at the steer, this dining experience is sure to impress.
Tanya Johnson, the General Manager of The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa says: “We’re thrilled to reintroduce The Conservatory Restaurant, where diners can fully immerse themselves in the rich history of Constantia and the breathtaking gardens that surround us.”
The iconic Constantia restaurant now embraces a captivating forest garden theme, thoughtfully crafted by HotCocoa Interiors & Design. This new aesthetic pays homage to the hotel and restaurant’s heritage, creating a whimsical and multi-layered ambiance.
True to its name, The Conservatory Restaurant is centered around a glass atrium, transforming it into an inviting indoor oasis. Floor-to-ceiling windows effortlessly connect serene dining areas to the natural beauty outside. The eatery opens up onto a dining terrace with a graceful pergola, nestled amidst lush gardens that offer distant views of Table Mountain.
