An incredible amount of detail has gone into the planning and development of the Saxon Spa Steyn City – from the beautiful décor that holds much more meaning than one might think, to the premium products used, the innovative treatments and ultimately, the Saxon Spa journey. Everything about the spa reflects the brand’s ethos: a strong belief in holistic, meaningful healing.

Strolling through the peaceful reception area (where you can also browse through a vast collection of products and buy your favourites – like the Black Pepper Massage Balm from the Soul by Saxon range), flickering gas fires and the sound of water features drew me in. The pause area, with plush, tempting daybeds, called for a sweet hiatus and a soft landing following the drive from Pretoria.
