Recognised with an Eat Out One Star, The Bistro has become an acclaimed destination for contemporary farm-to-table cuisine, with Executive Chef Gary Coetzee creating seasonal dishes centred around fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu reflects Brookdale’s philosophy of ‘stay curious’ and naturally, its food is complemented by the estate’s award-winning wines.

A Taste of Brookdale with a Curated Menu for Proe Paarl

Throughout August, foodies and wine lovers can enjoy a specially created Proe Paarl menu at Brookdale Bistro, accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine from the Mason Road range. The two- or three-course experience offers a choice of seasonal dishes. Think Saldana Bay Mussels for starters, Char-Grilled Venison for mains and a Tonka Bean Chocolate Log for dessert (to name a few).

Priced at R465 per person for two courses or R595 per person for three courses, the menu offers an accessible way to experience the food, wine and hospitality that have made Brookdale’s The Bistro a favourite dining destination on Paarl’s foodie scene.
