Rooted in Boschendal’s remarkable 340-year heritage, the evening promises a refined journey through South Africa’s rich culinary and wine landscape. With just 30 seats available, guests can expect an atmosphere of understated luxury, where elegant interiors and lush indigenous gardens set the tone for a truly immersive dining experience.

Executive Chef Sebastian Smith leads the culinary narrative, presenting a thoughtfully curated four-course menu that reimagines classic flavours through a contemporary lens. Celebrating seasonality and terroir, each dish is expertly paired with Boschendal’s expressive wines, creating a seamless harmony between plate and glass.

Adding depth to the evening is Boschendal’s acclaimed Cap Classique winemaker, Danielle Coetsee, who will guide guests through the wine pairings while sharing insights into her journey and craft. With a background in viticulture and oenology, and a passion for precision and creativity, she brings a unique perspective to the estate’s award-winning vintages.
