Canal Walk’s Holiday Ice Slides Return

It’s a festive season filled with adventure at Canal Walk this December, with the ever-popular Canal Walk Ice Slides, inspired by Disney, returning from 6 December 2024 to 12 January 2025.

Expect the magic of tropical islands, oceanic landscapes and captivating play inspired by the recently released Moana 2, with Canal Walk – in collaboration with PEP – bringing the magical adventures to life. Families will be able to enjoy fun, memorable experiences bound to make the festive season even brighter.

Event highlights include:

  • Full Rider (Ages 5+): R120 – Includes access to two large slides, sand play and photo ops
  • Mini Rider (Under 5s): R50 – Includes access to the mini slide, sand play and photo ops
  • Mini Rider + (Ages 3 – 5): R80 – Includes access to the double slide, sand play and photo ops
  • Non-Rider (Accompanying Adult): R35
  • Full Package: R360 – Includes 3 Full Riders plus one Non-Rider
  • Mini Package: R150 – Includes 3 Mini Riders plus one Non-Rider

Tickets are available through WebTickets or at the Canal Walk Ice Slides entrance.

More festive cheer at Canal Walk include:

  • Disney Charity Tree, adorned with Moana2 plush toys. Contribute to Reach for a Dream by donating until 10 January 2025 in the Canal Walk Food Court. This initiative is in association with PEP, FNB and Toys R Us.
  • Photos with Santa. Create memories with family photos with a Summer Santa until 24 December 2024, starting at R50.
  • Festive Gift Wrapping. Support a noble cause by having your Christmas gifts wrapped at the lower-level desks outside Checkers and Pick n Pay. All profits will be donated to charity.
