Joburg Ballet launches its brand-new season at the Joburg Theatre on Friday, 25 March and you can win tickets for two. Thereβs not much time, as the competition closes at midnight tonightβ¦ so, youβd better hurry up and enter!
About Joburg Ballet and their new season
Joburg Ballet celebrates 21 years of the ballet companyβs existence this year and with that comes a spectacular season called Evolve, which will be launching on Friday, 25 March. Including works choreographed by some of its own talented company dancers, Evolve promises to be a spectacular, authentic ballet performance and magnificent storytelling through dance. The programme will include classical ballet, as well as some more contemporary pieces, proving the ballet companyβs ability to adapt to change in an ever-evolving industry and world.

You will be able to see works by Ivan Domiciano (Paquita), Tumelo Lekana (Legae), Shannon Glover (The Afterlife: Souls) and Mario Gaglione (The Game).

What does it include?
If you win, you will receive two tickets to the value of R200 each (R400 in total), as well as a programme in PDF format which will be emailed to you directly.
Evolve will run from Friday, 25 March until Sunday, 3 April and winners can choose which date they would like to attend. Tickets to the opening of Evolve can also be arranged if availability allows.
