Did you know that it affects more than 300 million people worldwide and that there are as many as one in every six South Africans suffering from anxiety? It’s real.

Anxiety is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects your feelings, your actions and the way you think. It can also lead to various emotional and physical problems and can decrease your ability to function optimally at work and at home.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound known as cannabinoid, found in the cannabis plant. There is research that suggests that CBD oil and other CBD products may be beneficial for the symptoms of anxiety. In a recent online survey, almost 62% of CBD users reported using it to treat a medical condition, particularly pain and anxiety. It is interesting that most of these people said that CBD relieves their symptoms effectively and without serious side effects.

Adcock Ingram, a pharmaceutical company, has launched a range of premium CBD products, aiming to assist South Africans in better managing their symptoms of anxiety. The range includes ADCO CBD STRESS, which comes in 200 mg (15 ml) drops, 600 mg (30 ml) drops and 30 capsules (20 mg CBD per capsule).

Some good-to-knows about ADCO CBD STRESS:

  • The product contains CBD isolate, which is the purest form of CBD.
  • It is free from THC, tartrazine and sugar.
  • Each batch is lab tested and quality controlled to ensure that you get the highest quality CBD at the correct dose.
  • The drops contain medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) carrier oil with added vitamin E. (MCT is one of the best carrier oils to use, because it is easy to digest and absorb).

You can find these ADCO CBD products at your nearest Clicks and Dis-Chem Pharmacies stores, as well as selected independent pharmacies and online stores.
